For the check-out processes, you will be contacted by our operational staff before 12:00 p.m. Please note, our operational staff is not on standby for 24 hours on your property, then we will take 1-2 hours to arrive at your property. Please confirm your check-out time on "My Bookings" feature and choose on the "Active Booking" on your Travelio App. Click the Chat feature to be in touch with our room boy that will help you check-out (you can only do this on the check-out date).
You may do this on your own or self check-out. Please put the apartment's key in the mailbox (usually in the lobby area), but if there is no mailbox, you may place the key inside the unit. Send us the picture to our WhatsApp or Live Chat when you are putting the key inside the mailbox or in the unit.
- Ensure that you have turn-off the stove, TV, lamps, other electric devices, and the tap water is off.
- Also, please send the last condition of the unit to Live Chat.
